This bobblehead is found on the catwalk to the southwest of the plant itself. Then climb the upper-catwalk and you'll find the bobblehead on a metal box. Watch out for the guy with the flaming sword and dismiss them.
Opposite it is a door to the furnace area filled with various thugs. Go to Saugus Ironworks and strut the catwalks like Cara Delevingne until you reach a Power Armour stand. What a cool guy, huh? Explosives Bobblehead You'll find the bobblehead lodged between two fridges. Head to the Command Centre kitchen area in the southwest of Fort Hagen. This one's easy to track down, and you'll likely happen upon it as part of the main quest line. Once you're at the very highest point, you'll find the poor bobblehead sitting on the bow of the ship, looking ponderously out to sea. The elevator hates me, which is okay because I hate it. I've quit and reloaded my save data a million times. I've deleted the game and reinstalled it, but the bug still occurs.
For me the elevator does not shake and music plays then, after about fifteen seconds, the music stops and.nothing happens. I've watched videos of other people leaving the building and for them the elevator shakes and music does not play. I have just finished the quest "The Secret of Cabot House", but I can't leave the building because the elevator gets stuck.
So I'm trapped in the Parsons State Insane Asylum basemant elevator.
